美国337调查的中国钢铁企业名单
2016年5月26日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）投票决定对中国碳合金钢产品（certain carbon and alloy steel products）启动337调查。
2016年4月26日，美国U.S.Steel Corporation向美国ITC提出337立案调查申请，指控中国部分碳合金钢在对美出口、在美进口和在美销售中的存在以下行为：（1）阴谋操纵价格、产量和出口量，违反了《谢尔曼法》第1条（《美国法典》第15卷第1条）的规定；（2）侵占及使用美国钢铁公司的商业秘密；（3）原产地或制造商虚假标识，违反了《兰汉姆法》（《美国法典》第15卷第1125（a）款）的规定，请求美国ITC发布一般排除令、有限排除令和禁止令。
美国ITC最终将以下企业作为指定应诉方：
